Shipping is based on your shopping cart total. $3.50(First Class including Tracking) on orders $0.01 to $45.00, $10.40(USPS Priority Mail) on orders $46 to $135.00 and free shipping on U.S. orders $136.00+. Back to top Do you ship buttons internationally? Yes. Cost is $30.00 for USPS International Priority Mail on orders $0.01-$299.99. FREE International Shipping on orders over $300.00. We ship to all countries! Back to top What is your privacy policy? Trees on Stumps will not sell your email address or any personal information you may provide on the order form. This information is necessary to complete an order and will not be used for any other purposes. Back to top How long will it take for me to receive my order? Most items are handmade to order and take some time to make/set. You can expect your items to be shipped out within 2 weeks and arriving in 2 1/2 weeks, often times sooner depending on the size and what you order(e.g. I only carry a few button bracelets pre-made on hand and usually end up making those to order). I mail orders out on a daily basis. All products are shipped via U.S.P.S. First Class or Priority Mail which takes anywhere from 2-5 days to ship within the U.S. and 1-2 weeks internationally depending on the customs in your area. Back to top I'm pretty rough with my bracelets, are the button bracelets durable? Yes, they are super durable! I've added permanent hardware(no pinbacks that come undone and prick you!) to the backs of each button that allows them to be strung and tied together with a heavy duty smooth stretchy silver chord. You can literally stretch and pull them all you like, they are not delicate! Wear them like you mean it! Back to top Oops, I broke my button bracelet/necklace! Accidents are unfortunate, but don't worry! If your button bracelet breaks (lose a charm, chord gets cut, etc.), contact me so I can fix it for you! One year warranty from date of purchase on the button bracelets and necklaces. Back to top It seems like two buttons would be too thick for a necklace pendant. Yes, they would be, but these are not two ordinary 1 inch buttons made into a pendant. They have special flat backs, which make them half their normal thickness. They are then joined together with a thin silver plated filigree between them, making the pendant approximately ¼" thick. Back to top Do you sell buttons wholesale? Yes, I do! Please contact us for a quote. When requesting a quote include the item names and the quantity of each button you would like to order and tell us a little bit about yourself and your business. If applicable, please include a link to your online store or give us information about where you will be selling our products.
